When I was a kid and we went those chocolate shops in the mall – you know, the ones where you could buy individual confections – I would always choose the chocolate coconut haystacks. So you already know that I’m reluctant to make things like salad dressing and marinades. But the more I do it, the more I realize it’s the way to go.
